Special Requests

Because most of our stencils are completely custom, we can accommodate almost any special request you have. Every stencil is made on our precision laser cutters by our expert team. Our skilled designers can take your submitted file and turn it into a stencil as you need it. We make our stencils in-house in our Sacramento warehouse, which allows us to have full control of our production.

Here are a few common special requests that we can accommodate:

• I want my stencil to be a shape other than a rectangle.

  • Absolutely! We’re able to accommodate this request whether it be a circle, triangle, trapezoid, you name it. This request often comes from vineyards for wine barrels, so if that’s your project, we have what you’re looking for!

• I want to have larger or smaller borders around my design.

  • We’ll be able to add additional space around your design as needed. Our borders are traditionally 2 inches around each side to make the design stable. If you would like them to be smaller or bigger, let us know.

• I need a very specific size.

  Because our design team carefully makes all of our designs, we can surely accommodate this request. Just let us know, and we can quote you a price.

• I don’t want bridges in my stencil design.

  While we can’t take away bridges, we can create a second stencil layer that covers the bridges. However, this is considered a two-layer stencil and will incur an additional cost.

• I need to be able to use multiple colors.

  If you'd like your design to have multiple colors, we suggest ordering a Custom Layered Stencil.

• I would like a different kind of material.

  We can try our best to accommodate your needs. We offer other thicknesses of mylar upon request, such as 10 mil and 7 mil options. We can also special-order materials on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for more information on how we can accommodate your specific scenario.

• I want the reverse of a traditional stencil/the part that gets cut out from a stencil.

• I don't see the exact size I'm looking for in the dropdown menu.

  No problem! We can make any size. Simply choose the size closest to the one you would like and leave us the exact size you would like in the special instructions box in the ordering form.
