Custom Stencils
You can select the size closest to your desired stencil's artwork. The size you select is the size of the stencil’s artwork. We add about a 2-inch border on each side of designs larger than 6 inches, and a 1-inch border on each side of designs smaller than 6 inches. Examples are shown below.
It’s OK if you’re not exact when picking a size. If your artwork’s proportions vary from what you’ve selected, we’ll communicate with you about your order's size and pricing. When you receive your proof, you’ll see the exact sizing of both the artwork and the borders. You can request design edits until you’re happy with how your custom order looks.

Ready-Made Stencils
The size you select is the size of the stencil’s artwork. We add about a 1-inch border on each side of all ready-made stencil designs.
Reverse Stencils
The size you select is the size of the stencil itself. Since a reverse stencil doesn't have a border, it's that simple.
Cornhole Board Stencils
Standard cornhole board size: 24 x 36 inches
Standard cornhole beanbag size: 6 x 6 inches
Stencil size: 15 x 15 inches
Coffee Stencils
Standard coffee mug diameter: 3.33 inches
Stencil size: 2.5 x 2.5 inches
Coffee / drink stencils are 4 x 4 inches on the outside with a holding tab.
Latte mug diameter: 4.00 inches
Stencil size: 3.0 x 3.0 inches
Coffee / drink stencils are 5 x 5 inches on the outside with a holding tab.
T-Shirt Stencils
Shirt dimensions are based on a size medium Nike t-shirt.
Stencil size: 11.5 x 8.1 inches
Wall Stencils
Door dimensions are based on standard US door size.
Person shown is 5 feet, 8 inches tall.
